Leg ulceration and pressure ulcer risk assessment are included in the 2023/24 CCG CQUIN scheme.
These resources support those involved in CQUIN implementation.
Dates have now been released for the CQUIN data collection periods for 2022/23.
Pressure Ulcers
The pressure ulcer CQUIN is for all providers of community in-patient services (including nursing care homes) and addresses assessment and documentation of pressure ulcer risk.
