NWCSP Stakeholder Forum
Here at the NWCSP, we carry out regular consultations to gain feedback on our clinical recommendations. If you are based in England, please tell us your thoughts about our latest work and sign up to our Stakeholder Forum.
Patient and Public Voice Engagement
The National Wound Care Strategy Programme (NWCSP) is committed to ensuring that public and patient voices are at the centre of shaping and improving our healthcare services. Our current work covers a range of topics including patient and carer information, service design, wound care education, wound care data and information, and digital photography of wounds. This work needs to be informed by insight from patients and carers. If you are a patient or carer living in England with experience of surgical wounds, pressure ulcers or lower limb ulcers and are interested in getting more involved, please email: NatWoundStrat@mft.nhs.uk
Patient Experience Network (PEN)
We are working with the Patient Experience Network (PEN) to improve the experience of people with wounds. PEN are running a series of activities and patient-led co-creation projects to design and create wound care resources for people with wounds and welcome involvement from people with wounds, carers, family members and health and care professionals.
Find out more about these activities or get in touch by emailing helen@patientexperiencenetwork.org
