The National Wound Care Strategy Programme (NWCSP) seeks to base its recommendations on the principles of evidence-based practice but making sense of wound care research evidence and other information can be challenging. In response to requests for guidance on this topic, the NWCSP has developed this guide to help those responsible for providing wound care make evidence-informed clinical judgements and decisions.
