The National Wound Care Strategy Programme is updating the Recommendations for Lower Limb Care published in 2020 to incorporate learning from the First Tranche Implementation Sites. The recommendations will also be separated into those for leg ulcer care and foot ulcer care, which together will form a suite of lower limb wound recommendations.
The consultation for the updated leg ulcer recommendations has now completed and the programme is consulting on the draft updated foot ulcer recommendations.
